We offer classes for every level, with new members receiving the individual attention they need. If a class setting isn’t for you, our trainers are happy to schedule a private lesson with you.

 

Morning All Levels Boxing

Mondays, Wednesdays

Our morning boxing classes are taught by world-class trainers Bryan Popejoy and Dr. Mark. In this class you’ll not only learn boxing, you’ll get a killer workout too!

Morning All Levels Muay Thai

Tuesdays, Thursdays
7am – 8am

Saturdays
10am – 11am

Learn Thailand’s national sport of Muay Thai, and punch, kick, knee, and elbow your way into the most fun self defense class you’ll ever take.

 

Evening All Levels Boxing

Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays
6pm – 7pm

Get off work and jump into our afternoon boxing class in which you’ll work stance, footwork, boxing drills and combinations.

Evening All Levels Muay Thai

Youth Martial Arts

Mondays, Wednesdays

4:30pm – 5:15pm

Our youth members learn the ancient art of Muay Thai in a safe, non-threatening environment. Training in Muay thai has proven to boost self-confidence, learn respect, get physically fit, and set your child on the road to being a champ.
